CATHOLIC DOORS MINISTRY

Monthly Newsletter of December, 2015.
(Issue # 188)

Dear members of the Universal Church,

2015 has been a very eventful year. Many nations have united to stop the terrorism that is sweeping the Middle East. Over one million refugees have left their homeland in the hope of finding peace elsewhere. Many have died while escaping their country. Wars are on the increase. On December 8, 2015, the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception, Pope Francis declared the Jubilee Year of Mercy in the hope of saving the many souls that are no longer receiving the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.

Is there hope for 2016?

Today, I would like to promote mercy in the family. If there is no mercy in the family, there can be no mercy in the world. When there is no mercy in the family, we see an increase in the number of separations and divorces. The spirits of anger and hate take possession of the souls and destroys them. Mercy must dwell in the home.

For 2016, everyone must make a resolution to practice forgiveness on a daily basis in the home. No one should go to bed at night when disharmony dwells in the family. Mercy must be shown; forgiveness must be given aboundantly in the love of Jesus Christ, our Savior, who died for us on the Holy Cross that we may one day be united as an eternal family.

Take this message, "to practice mercy in the family," and spread it to other members of your family. Tell your friends about it. Tell you neighbours and co-workers. Let the whole world know that mercy must be practiced in the family in order to make the world a better place to live in. And may God bless each and everyone of you who promotes this message for His glory.

In the love of Jesus and Mary,
