Q. 1. I heard that relativism leads to synchretism. What does "synchretism" mean?

A. 1. Synchretism is the attempt to take different parts of different faith in order to combine them into a new religion that represents none of them.

Example: Any new religion that finds its origin in the combination of the Catholic Church and a Protestant faith, such is considered as "synchretism."
