Frequently Asked Questions

Q. 1. I heard the term "Synoptic Gospels." What does that mean?

A. 1. Three of the Gospels, that of Matthew, Mark and Luke, are often referred to as the "Synoptic Gospels" because of their content. They have similar accounts of the life and ministry of Jesus.

When reviewing the Gospel of John, you will notice that it has a different tone and content.
